He has eight years of teaching experience including six years at the Post Graduate level.  He is an Editorial Assistant in the reputed Indian Journal of Development Research and Social Action, Consultant for the NGOs, Assistant Secretary and Life Member of Ethnographic and Folk Culture Society, Lucknow. He has reviewed six books and worked on two research projects. He acted as Counselor for the Adult Education Programme of Drishti, an NGO in Lucknow for two years. He has participated in over 20 seminars and conferences and has published 4 papers in journals of national and international repute. Presently, he is working on the UNDP, Ministry of Justice and Govt. of India Project on ‘Access to Justice and the Informal Justice Systems’ in the State of Madhya Pradesh. His area of interest includes Sociology, Rural Sociology, Social-cultural Anthropology, Conflict Management, Team Management and Empowerment of the Weaker Sections.
