She has worked as a Research Officer in the Madhya Pradesh State Human Rights Commission. She has taught Law in the University Teaching Department, Barkatullah University, Bhopal. She has recently completed a programme on Human Rights Proficiency organised by the Madhya Pradesh State Human Rights Commission and teaching session on Humanitarian and Refugee Law, jointly organised by the UNHCR, ICRC and NLSIU, Bangalore. She has won many National and State Level awards in cultural, literary and moot court competitions. She has also been associated with many Doordarshan and Akashwani Programmes and has been a regular contributor to various newspapers and magazines. Her teaching interests are Criminal Laws, Law of Evidence, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Human Rights and Jurisprudence.
