He was awarded first position with a Gold Medal in LL.M. He was also placed in the second position at the LL.B. (Hons.) examination. He has practised in the High Courts at Allahabad and Delhi. He has attended several seminars and workshops. His teaching interests include Environmental Law, Law of Intellectual Property Right, Corporate Law, Constitutional Law and Criminal Law.
