LL.B., ll.m. (Gold Medalist); LL.D.’ P.G. Diploma in Criminology

He has been awarded Pandit Jagmohan Nath Chak Memorial Gold Medal for securing the highest percentage of marks in Constitutional Law Group at the LL.M. Examination. He has been awarded LL.D. from Lucknow University, Lucknow.

Dr. Moin Mustazhar was a Lecturer in the Faculty of Law, Lucknow University, Lucknow, before joining the National Law Institute University, Bhopal. He has been associated in teaching of law in Lucknow University since 1993-94. he worked as Director, P.G.D.C.P.A; run under the Faculty of Law Lucknow University, Lucknow. He has taught Management and Company Secretaryship. He has published four books and a number of Articles. He has also helped the visiting Fulbright Scolar affiliated to Lucknow University, Lucknow. His teaching interests include Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Criminal Law and Family Law.
