B.Com, M.L, Ph.D

He started his teaching career in 1988 in Maharaja Law College, Vijaynagram and later worked as Lecturer and Principal of D.N.R College of Law, Bhimavaram, A.P. He has taught in NUJS, Calcutta and joined as Principal, Law College, Nanded, Maharastra.

He has an outstanding academic career, with specialisation in Labour and Industrial Laws. He obtained doctorate for the thesis titled "Rights of the Child vis-à-vis abolition of the Child Labour- A Social Justice oriented Schematic Study for 21st Century". He is an expert on Labour laws and social justice issues and has presented papers on the same in various National Seminars, including National Seminar on Human Rights, NALSAR, Hyderabad and Seminar on Excellence in Legal Education, Pune. He has taken refresher courses at NALSAR, Hyderabad and Cochin University.

He is the author of the book "Bonded Labour and Social Justice" and has published various articles in journals such as the Cochin University Law Review, Labour and Industrial Cases and SBRRM Journal of Mysore, NALSAR Journal of Law among others.

His teaching interests include Labour Laws and Industrial laws.
