He has been awarded the Undergraduate Merit Scholarship in B.Com (Hons.), University Merit Scholarship in LL.B and postgraduate merit scholarship in LL.M.
He has worked on various research projects - as Research Assistant in the preparation of a Report on BIHAR/Madhya Pradesh Tribal Development Programme and Project of MP Rural Road Development Authority as Legal consultant. He has attended and participated in various national and international seminars and presented papers notable among which are "Basmati Patent: An Incapability Issue" in the World Conference organised by Barkatullah University and MP State Human Rights Commission and "Copyright Claim in Digital Regime" in the Workshop by MP Council of Science and Technology & NLIU. He has also participated in the High-technology Summit on "Intellectual Property Rights" organised by the University of Washington School of Law, Seattle, Washington, USA and has also delivered guest lectures at various universities and institutes like University of Delhi, VNS Institute of Management, M.P. Council of Science and Technology, Bhopal, MP etc.
His teaching interests include Common Law Method, Law of Contracts, International Trade and E-Commerce, Intellectual Property Rights and Law Relating to Anti-Dumping, Countervailing and Competition.
