L.L.M. Specialisation in Constitutional and Administrative Law, [Nagpur
University]
He was responsible for educational and
personnel administration of Kendriya Vidyalaya and Air Force School. He has been
a guest lecturer at the Madhya Pradesh Academy of Administration to State Civil
Servants and Revenue Officers.
He has presented papers at various seminars
including: "Plant Variety Protection: Evolving Models and Rights of Farmers
and Breeders" at an international Seminar on Human Rights to health, TRIPs
and its Impact on Pharmaceutical Industry and in India, organized by NLIU in
collaboration with the Govt. of Madhya Pradesh (Deptt. Of Health and Family
Welfare) in March 2000; "Trial of Rape Victim: A Continuous Assault"
in regional Workshop on "Law Enforcement and gender Issues" organized
by the National Commission for Women, 2001; "Problems of instability and
Anti-defection Law" in Consultation Seminar for "Reviewing the Working
of the Constitution" Organised by the National Commission to Review the
Working of the Constitution (NCRWC), Bhopal, 2001; "Model principles under
Juvenile Justice Act, 2000 and International Obligations: An Evaluation" in
the Workshop on National Consultation on implementation of Juvenile Justice
(Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 organised by Govt. of India, Min. of
Social Justice & Empowerment and Govt. of Madhya Pradesh, October, 2001.
He recently participated in the Curriculum
Validation workshop on development of National Vocational Educational
Qualification certification Framework, sponsored by Ministry of Human Resource
Development, GOI. He worked on a project on "Environmental Law - Capacity
Building" relating to a case study of River water pollution in Madhya
Pradesh through distilleries sponsored by World Bank, through Ministry of
Environment and Forests, GOI, New Delhi.
His teaching interests include Constitutional
Law, Administrative Law, Property Law, Procedural Laws and Law of Torts.
